Lay System started 14/11/2006 - February
2007 |
After playing around with selections I have decided that for
the time being this is going to be a lay only test. I think I have worked out a
system that will give us quite good prices but I suspect there will have to be
a maximum lay price set. I am just not sure what that will be but I am testing
between 1.00 and 7.00. I will make every effort to record betfair lay prices as
well. The ones marked with an asterisks (*) are from the original and tighter
system.
Around the end of december I started to introduce what I call the
"Rule of 3" staking system which works like this.
1. We take 1% of our bank or a very small stake
(which ever you prefer) I am using £2.00 (£2.11 including betfair
charges)
2. We
take the stake and multiply it by 3 to get our daily profit, in this case
£6.00
3.
We use what I call a 3 race scratch back. If we lose then we divide our losses
by 3 and then add that figure to our normal stake.
Our aim daily is to get 3 clear
winners in a row.
Of course this system becomes even better if
you just go for 1 or 2 winners, anyway the screenshots from the 28th onwards
should show you what I mean. All Screen shots are taken in live mode using the
Grey Horse
Bot. and we do not use (*) selections now.
